Murió Taylor Hawkins, baterista de Foo Fighters, a los 50 años


El baterista de Foo Fighters, Taylor Hawkins, murió a los 50 años en Bogotá, Colombia, según una publicación de la banda en las redes sociales.

El comunicado dice que el fallecimiento de Hawkins fue “trágico e inoportuno y que su “espíritu musical y su risa contagiosa vivirán con nosotros para siempre”.

La banda estaba de gira por América del Sur en el momento de su muerte.

Hawkins se unió a la banda en 1997 después de dos años como baterista de Alanis Morissette.

Con Hawkins como baterista, los Foo Fighters ganaron 12 premios Grammy

Le sobreviven una esposa y tres hijos.
